Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Worcester is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our Commercial team. You will oversee a portfolio of clients and gain deep insight into their business objectives to deliver tailored risk strategy advice, building and nurturing strong client relationships as the main point of contact for day-to-day service needs.

• Experience in the insurance and risk management industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple enquiries.
• Fully competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients.
• Understand clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies and needs; work with specialists to provide advice.
• Develop and execute renewal/placement strategies with broking and client service teams.
• Identify and win prospective clients or project work.
• Build and maintain multi-level client relationships; be the main contact for day-to-day service.
• Oversee delivery of client service by the Marsh team.
• Stay informed on market conditions and contribute to Marsh's knowledge base.
