Job summary

Aon is seeking a Project/Bid Manager in Commercial Risk for a hybrid role across our regional offices in the South of the UK. The position focuses on coordinating proposals, client engagements and bid execution to win business, while maintaining high standards of quality and brand compliance.

You will work with various subject matter experts, manage multiple bids, and develop effective win strategies, with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Project Management or BID management.
• Strong written English and client-facing communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the project process including RFPs and client presentations.
• Balance multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate client presentations, rehearsals and logistics for meetings.
• Edit content for readability, consistency, and brand compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end review of RFP responses and quality control.
