Job summary

Aon is looking for a Project/Bid Manager to lead commercial risk bids and drive end-to-end project delivery. The role involves coordinating RFPs, arranging client presentations, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions across regional offices in the South.

You will edit content for readability and brand consistency, manage reviews, and keep Loopio and Workday.com up to date. A strong written English ability and stakeholder collaboration are essential in this hybrid UK role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the project process including RFPs and client presentations
• Balance multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate client presentations, rehearsals, and meeting logistics
• Edit content for readability, consistency, and brand compliance
• Oversee end-to-end review of RFP responses and quality control
• Conduct post-project reviews and share best practices
• Maintain project records in Loopio and Workday.com
• Build relationships across the business and adhere to policies
