Job summary

Moody’s Analytics in Manchester seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join the Pulse Sales Team. You’ll develop new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and coordinate web demonstrations of Moody’s Analytics Pulse solution.

This role blends prospecting with consultative selling in a hybrid office/home setup. Successful candidates will have strong English, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently or in teams, with a keen interest in AI and risk management tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred and exposure to a sales role.
• Ability to generate new leads via phone and email.
• Familiarity with Moody’s Pulse solution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed goals and targets that align with the company’s vision and objectives
• Reach out to prospects via telephone, email and other online channels to generate new leads
• Qualify new business opportunities and set up web meetings for demonstrations of Moody’s Analytics Pulse solution
• Manage the sales process from beginning to end by identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating new sales activity, and bringing sales to closure
• Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Build relationships across client and prospect organisations to maintain desired pipeline levels
• Assess the needs of the prospect by gaining an understanding of the specific issues facing the company and their business requirements
• This role is hybrid with the option to work from home and in office
