Confidential is seeking an inside sales executive to join our growing EMEA team. You will manage sales activity across EMEA, follow up leads by phone and email, and use CRM systems to track opportunities and customer records.

The role requires a commercially minded communicator with strong planning and organisational skills, who can research customers, nurture opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth while coordinating campaigns and events.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales and/or sales administration role.
• Proven ability to research customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Target-focused with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage inside sales activity across EMEA territories and support the wider sales team.
• Follow up leads and potential customers by telephone and email to progress opportunities.
• Use CRM systems to manage sales activity, pipeline development and records.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and assist conversions to close sales.
• Prepare and issue quotations, pro-forma invoices and contracts.
• Produce sales and CRM reports on orders, renewals and licensing.
• Research existing and prospective customers to identify new opportunities.
• Support campaigns, mailings and lead-generation activities including outbound calls.
• Coordinate events with customers and marketing (roadshows, webinars).
