Job summary

BTG Pactual is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist in London to join the Technology team. The role is hands-on, requiring expert knowledge of corporate server infrastructure, VMware, Dell hardware, and Pure storage, with ownership of the DR capability from design to testing.

The position is a 12-month FTC with potential to go permanent, and it is hybrid with three days in the London office and flexibility to adjust attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure/financial services technical roles.
• Hands-on with server infrastructure, VMware, Dell hardware and storage.
• Experience designing and implementing disaster recovery (DR) strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate infra tasks across global environments.
• Design/high-availability architectures for on-prem and cloud.
• Manage DR runbooks, testing, and recovery procedures.
