BTG Pactual is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to join its Technology team in London. The role focuses on core server infrastructure, VMware, Dell hardware, and Pure storage, with responsibility for disaster recovery including Zerto replication and runbooks.

You will apply AI-powered tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency, across on-prem, AWS, and Azure environments. The position is a 12-month FTC with a view to permanent transfer, adopting a hybrid work model requiring

Formación

• 10+ years’ professional experience in financial services tech
• DR design, implementation and testing experience preferred
• Hybrid working with London office attendance min 3 days/week

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate infrastructure tasks across global environments
• Design high-availability architectures across on-prem and cloud
• Implement DR solutions and manage runbooks to meet RTO/RPO
• Lead cloud migrations to AWS and hybrid cloud setups
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code templates
• Perform on-call support and after-hours coverage
