Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a Private Investment Firm’s IT team in Greater London. This hands-on role focuses on managing critical network infrastructure, cloud connectivity, and firewall systems to support a demanding business landscape.

You will ensure high availability, performance, and security across on‑prem and Azure environments, driving improvements and automation using PowerShell and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and IaC tooling (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Manage network and infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud.
• Support firewall and network devices (Palo Alto, Juniper).
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and Terraform.
• Maintain documentation and participate in out‑of‑hours maintenance.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security.
