Job summary

Seven Investment Management LLP in London seeks a Network & Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and evolve the firm’s IT network across on‑premises data centres and Microsoft Azure.

You will provide expert third‑line support for network, server, and virtualization platforms (Windows Server, Hyper‑V, VMware), drive resilience and security, and collaborate with Cloud Engineering on the Azure migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and/or network engineering.
• Networking certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external networks including LANs, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and Azure cloud.
• Safeguard networks with firewalls and access policies; address vulnerabilities.
• Provide third‑line support; investigate incidents with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering to support Azure transformation.
• Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure for uptime and stability.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans; test regularly.
