Job summary

Willmott Dixon in Hitchin is looking for an Information Controller to support the design team on a hybrid basis from our office. You will manage and maintain project documentation with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring secure storage and easy access.

This role requires strong admin skills, proficiency in MS Office and database management, and experience with Viewpoint 4Project or Dalux. Travel to site will be required to support document handovers and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Experience with Viewpoint 4Project, Dalux or similar systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control over construction-related documentation.
• Organise document workflows and retrieval.
• Enforce document management protocols.
• Liaise with site teams for document handovers.
• Manage CDE containers for storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Viewpoint for Projects and Dalux.
• Conduct regular document audits.
• Train project teams in document control.
• Travel to site as required.
