Job summary

Intelliscape, part of Modaxo, is hiring an Implementation Engineer in the Bristol area. The role combines configuring, testing and implementing software and hardware systems for UK customers in a hybrid office and site-based environment.

You will support Project Managers, handle second-line incidents, and collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality. Some travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within a technical, engineering, system integration or technology-based environment.
• Experience configuring, implementing, supporting or testing software and hardware systems.
• Experience investigating and resolving technical issues using a structured approach.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple activities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to document work accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and test software and hardware solutions per customer requirements.
• Support Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle with technical guidance.
• Prepare systems for deployment and ensure they are tested and ready for use.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and partners to deliver projects.
• Assist with acceptance, go-live and handover activities.
• Provide second-line incident support and resolve escalated tickets.
• Investigate faults and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Engage with customers on sites for testing, training and investigations.
• Document configurations and keep knowledge bases up to date.
• Share best practices and contribute to process improvements.
