A leading engineering consultancy in Glasgow is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and deliver projects for HV and EHV substations, ensuring compliance with standards and fulfilling client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of HNC in Electrical Engineering and proven experience in substation design. Qualifications

• Minimum qualification HNC in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in HV and EHV substation design.
• Excellent understanding of H&S and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce design drawings for Grid and Primary substations.
• Provide technical specifications for electrical plant.
• Undertake the role of CDM Designer or Principal Designer.
