Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Nottingham is seeking an HR shared services administrator to join our team in a hybrid role. You will deliver accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle and liaise with multiple departments to ensure smooth onboarding, inductions, and processes.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in a fast-paced environment, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative mindset to improve employee experience while maintaining data privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, commercial HR environment (preferably FMCG).
• Previous HR experience, Shared Service environment advantageous.
• Handling sensitive information in line with legislation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high volume of work with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute paperwork across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee e-files.
• Request equipment for new starters.
• Coordinate inductions with department leads.
• Manage probation reminders and escalate where necessary.
• Support payroll with processing of employee-related activities.
• Assist with exit interviews and related analytics.
• Prepare data for weekly, monthly and annual HR reports.
• Assist with HR system integrations and training.
