2 Sisters Food Group in Birmingham is seeking an HR Services Administrator to support onboarding and HR operations within a busy team. The role focuses on administration, contract generation, and providing first-line HR support in a fast-paced environment.

You will generate employment contracts, upload HR workflows, manage the shared inbox, and maintain HR data and reports, building a solid foundation for a career in people operations.

About the Role

We're looking for a HR Services Administrator to join our HR Services team. This role is administration-focused and would suit someone who enjoys working with clear processes and contributing to the smooth delivery of HR services.

This will suit someone with experience in administration, onboarding or recruitment support who wants to build a strong foundation in HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You’ll have experience in a similar administrative or HR role and feel comfortable working in a busy environment. You enjoy learning and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.

This role would suit someone from a Recruitment Administration, Onboarding, People Services or HR Administration background who is looking to continue developing their career within HR operations and services.
