Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive HR Services Administrator to join our recruitment and employment services team at Poole. The role is fixed term and designed to expose you to a broad range of HR and recruitment activities, with secondment options for current NHS staff.

You will act as the main point of contact for Recruiting Managers, applicants and interviewees, manage pre-employment checks, and contribute to a high-quality, timely recruitment process

Qualificações

• Experience in HR or recruitment administration.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff and applicants.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high-quality service to Recruiting Managers, Trust employees, applicants and interviewees.
• Ensure HR administration processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
• Act as main point of contact for Recruiting Managers, applicants and interviewees, handling pre-employment checks and onboarding steps.
