NFP People is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Officer to join the Human Resources team in a full-time, permanent role in Kidlington, Oxford with a hybrid working pattern.

You will support employees, clergy, managers and senior leaders across the employee lifecycle, delivering payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and development activities while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with UK requirements.

Formación

• Experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HMRC requirements relating to payroll, tax and statutory payments.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and performance management activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reliable, confidential HR and payroll support to employees, clergy and leaders across the Diocese.
• Deliver recruitment and onboarding activities to bring in new staff and volunteers.
• Be the first point of contact for payroll-related matters and assist with payroll processing.
• Maintain robust controls and ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
