Job summary

Money Ready in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR and Payroll Officer to oversee monthly payroll and HR administration across the employee lifecycle. The role sits in the People and Culture team within the Finance and Operations department and requires meticulous, deadline-driven workflow and discretion with confidential information.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end UK payroll, ensure compliance with PAYE and pension auto-enrolment, and maintain SafeHR data integrity while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrable experience running end-to-end UK payroll to monthly deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, RTI submissions, statutory payments and pension auto-enrolment.
• Experience maintaining an HR information system and producing accurate people data reports.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: recruitment administration, onboarding, right to work and DBS checks.
• Policy, Compliance and People Data: update policies and handle confidential data in line with GDPR.
• Payroll: run monthly payroll for ~70 staff and handle statutory payments.
