Job summary

FindCore, assisting a leading company, is recruiting an HR Manager to join a busy Birmingham team. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm, with one day per week at home.

The salary ranges from £40,000 to £52,000 depending on experience, with excellent benefits. You will provide HR advice to Directors and managers, oversee employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters, plus recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR Manager or HR Advisor.
• CIPD Level 3 or above.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Confident advising and influencing managers.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced or growing business would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to Directors and managers.
• Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Support performance reviews, employee development and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Help develop a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace culture.
