Job summary

The Royal College of Music is recruiting a full-time, permanent HR Assistant to join a small generalist team in London. You will handle recruitment administration, payroll changes, and support learning and development activities, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Applicants should be clear communicators with good IT skills. Experience with HR/payroll systems such as iTrent is advantageous, and you will work onsite three days a week with two days from home.
