Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a Derby-based client. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with a minimum of three days onsite each week.

The position requires handling employee relations, policy development, payroll processing, and support for change programmes within a public sector environment. A strong grasp of HR policies and employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR advisory role.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and ACAS best practice.
• Understanding of employment law and payroll processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR mailbox and handle day-to-day HR queries in line with policy and terms.
• Support delivery of projects linked to the people strategy.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
