You will work with HR Business Partners to support client groups, ensure processes are followed with adherence to policies, and partner with HR leadership to drive initiatives. The role requires 4+ years in HR, with strong relationship management, data analytics capabilities, and experience in employee relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience in financial services is a plus
• Experience handling low-tier employee relations cases independently
• Experience producing data analytics and HR policies/procedures
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills

This role is proactive in supporting the HR Leadership team, the Centres of Excellence, HRBPs and HR Shared Service team by delivering against our HR strategy.Location: This position will be based out of our London, UK office.
