Job summary

Sompo in London, UK is seeking an HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team. The role delivers quality HR advisory services to employees, managers and the HR team, supporting policy, employee relations, lifecycle activities and HR administration.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, deliver against agreed processes and budgets, guide employees on HR processes, and support managers on performance and employee relations in line with Sompo policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrable experience in employee relations, policy and procedures.
• Strong administration and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR Business Partners supporting designated client groups.
• Deliver against agreed processes, projects, budgets and standards in HR delivery.
• Guide employees on HR processes and policies.
• Support managers on performance management and employee relations in line with Sompo rules.
