Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a maternity cover contract. You will provide practical HR support across multiple sites, manage employee relations cases and advise managers on HR matters, while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

• Proven HR advisory and employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD qualified or HR-related degree.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide pragmatic HR advice.
