Job summary

Beststart HR is seeking an HR Administrator in Stevenage with hybrid working (up to 2 days from home per week after induction). The role offers exposure to employee relations, policy development and client relationship management while you learn from experienced Consultants.

You will support HR Consultants across the employee lifecycle, work across multiple locations, and gain insights into driving HR projects for UK clients.

Qualifications

• Degree level education is required.
• HR qualification is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Consultants in delivering high‑quality HR services.
• Support client relationships and project work across the employee lifecycle.
• Learn rapidly and develop HR skills across HR disciplines.
