Trusted Technology Partnership in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking an HR Administrator to join a small but busy HR team. You will support recruitment, training, absence management, employment cases, and policy updates, in a role that offers hybrid working and a clear training path.

The role requires at least one year's administration experience, with a salary of up to £30,000 DoE plus profit share and benefits. Part-time considered (minimum 22.5 hours) or up to 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's administration experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR administration across recruitment, training, absence management, and employment cases.
• Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day duties in a busy environment.
