Job summary

Fairhive Homes is seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the core systems underpinning our housing and operational services. Working with the IT Business Systems Manager, you will help ensure platforms operate effectively while contributing to improvements and system transformation.

You will review data, support upgrades, liaise with stakeholders and suppliers, design, test and implement enhancements, and help deliver efficient, customer‑facing service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator or Applications Support role.
• Strong understanding of how business systems support operational services.
• Comfortable managing system upgrades, enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance housing and scheduling systems and support version upgrades.
• Review system data and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business users and third-party suppliers to deliver system improvements and change initiatives.
