Qualifications

• Proven experience in highway design.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, standards and local authority procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to deliver projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing design solutions and develop innovative and practical highway safety and improvement schemes.
• Provide technical advice to Members, colleagues and the public.
• Work collaboratively with internal services, developers, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Mentor trainees and other staff.
