Responsibilities

• Monitor operational and clinical performance with HR and site teams.
• Onboard new Health Professionals and manage entrant journey.
• Support planning, resource allocation and booking policies to hit KPIs.
• Lead team meetings and communicate updates across teams.
• Review complaints and CSAT data to improve claimant journey.
