Job summary

Fitch Group, part of Hearst, seeks an Application Lead - HCM to own SAP SuccessFactors and the HR tech portfolio from our London office. You will lead a global team, drive enhancements, and align HR, IT, and vendors, delivering BAU and bi-annual releases.

Key focus areas include Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, with an emphasis on AI-first automation and secure data governance across integrations. Hybrid work model with global impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in HR technology/HRIS, including leadership in SAP SuccessFactors configurations in a global org.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Employee Central and knowledge of at least two modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation or Time Off) with provisioning and workflows.
• Proven experience managing HR integrations (Integration Center, OData/REST APIs, Dell Boomi or SAP CPI) and delivering releases with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fitch's SAP SuccessFactors and wider HR technology portfolio, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Time Off; own enhancements, releases and BAU support.
• Lead and develop a global team of HR tech analysts and developers; manage backlog, requirements, testing, UAT sign-off and production deployments via Jira.
• Drive an AI-first automation agenda using SAP Joule, Copilot agents, and UiPath RPA to reduce manual HR operations.
• Oversee HR system integrations (payroll, workforce management, Oracle HCM, etc.) and manage escalations with SAP and vendors.
• Safeguard data with SSO/MFA, RBAC, data privacy and AI governance, with SOPs and test evidence.
