London & Partners is seeking a Growth Manager for Creative Industries in Manchester to recruit, support and grow a portfolio of innovative fashion, design and tech-enabled businesses. You will drive international expansion, connect with investors and partners, and shape sector activity across UK-wide initiatives.

You will collaborate with regional partners, lead trade missions, and deliver practical growth plans for companies, from inception to market entry, helping them access new customers and

Formación

• Experience managing a portfolio of businesses or client relationships with senior leaders.
• Understanding of Creative Industries such as fashion, brands, digital content and tech in retail/commerce.
• Knowledge of international growth routes including retail, e-commerce, licensing and distribution.
• Ability to connect companies with market insights, investors and industry networks.
• Experience delivering trade missions, corporate meetings or sector events.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sector priorities and recruitment targets with the Senior Growth Manager Creative Industries.
• Build a pipeline of UK-based and international programmes and coordinate applications and onboarding.
• Develop growth plans with actions and milestones, tracking progress and adapting support.
• Identify international opportunities and connect companies with retailers, partners and investors.
• Plan and deliver trade missions and curated meetings with buyers, agencies and publishers.
• Represent the programmes at sector events and build strategic relationships.
