London & Partners Limited seeks a Growth Manager for Creative Industries to recruit and support ambitious UK & London-based businesses across Grow London Global and a new UK-scale programme. You will work with founders and senior leaders to craft growth plans, connect with investors and partners, and drive international expansion.

You will engage fashion, design, content and tech-enabled brands, coordinating trade missions and sector activities to turn insights into tangible growth and

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of businesses or client relationships with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of Creative Industries including fashion, brands, design and tech.
• Understanding routes to international growth including retail, e-commerce, licensing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver sector recruitment for Creative Industries into Grow London Global and UK-wide scale-up.
• Manage a portfolio of Creative Industries businesses with senior leaders and track progress against targets.
• Coordinate trade missions, meetings with buyers, retailers and partners, and ensure post-event follow-up.
• Develop relationships with investors, networks and regional partners to create opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-sector Growth Managers to share insights and align activities.
• Maintain accurate records of company needs, growth plans and programme dates.
