Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group driving growth across multinational clients through its MCP. As Growth Execution Manager, you will turn strategy into action by leading initiatives spanning growth planning, business performance, cross-selling, and operating-model enhancements.

You will work closely with MCP leadership to shape momentum and deliver measurable outcomes. You will partner with the Head of Growth Execution and engage across the Howden One Network to align priorities and unlock

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience, not just consulting.
• 2–3 years in consulting, strategy or PM roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across geographies.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, solutions-oriented.
• Team player in fast-paced, international setting.
• Data analysis experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver MCP's growth plan with clear objectives and metrics.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across the MCP plan.
• Lead client development, cross-selling and network engagement projects.
• Build relationships across MCP and Howden network to remove growth barriers.
• Establish governance, tracking and reporting for leadership.
• Share best practice to improve collaboration and performance.
• Collaborate with the GEM community to align priorities.
