This is a sales and service role where the Talent team handles recruitment, onboarding and compliance. You will manage end-to-end fulfilment, monitor service levels and contribute insights to grow accounts, with hybrid working and strong

Qualifications

• Proven sales and client relationship management experience.
• Commercial mindset with ability to develop new business.
• Experience in recruitment or professional services is a plus.
• Self-driven with high energy and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sales and networking.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to support retention and growth.
• Manage end-to-end fulfilment of bookings and pipeline planning.
• Monitor service levels and address issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Talent team to ensure resource availability.
• Provide regular updates, forecasting, and industry insights to clients.
