Job summary

The Wallich is seeking a Trust and Foundations Fundraising Officer to secure funding and sustain our vital homelessness work across Wales. You will collaborate with the Fundraising Manager, build strong funder relations, and report impact to maximise ongoing support.

With 37.5 hours per week, the role blends relationship-building with data-driven grants work, including monitoring and evaluative reporting to funders. Hybrid working from Wales is available, with DBS disclosure required.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust and foundation fundraising.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proven track record of securing grant funding and reporting impact to funders.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational teams to develop funding applications to meet income targets.
• Develop and maintain a list of prospects and manage the funding pipeline.
• Review income pledges and funding pipeline, reporting progress and risks to manager.
