Job summary

Car Benefit Solutions is seeking a Graduate Software Support Engineer to join the Software Services team. You will provide first-line system support for CBS systems and client-facing websites, triage tickets, and document behaviours while developing foundations towards Software Engineering, Database Engineering, or BI paths.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with 35 hours per week, 4 days from home after probation, and a supportive environment designed to grow technical capability and career

Qualifications

• Completion of, or active participation in, a code camp / bootcamp / technical training programme, or equivalent self-directed learning
• GCSE English and Maths
• Ability to work in line with CBS core values and customer-centric approach
• Interest in a long-term technical career

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line system support for CBS systems and websites
• Assess, categorize and triage support requests for escalation
• Document root causes and share knowledge with the team
• Develop understanding of CBS system architecture and data flows
