Job summary

Car Benefit Solutions is seeking a Graduate Software Support Engineer in Bury, England, to provide first-line system support and ticket triage. You will build a solid foundation toward software engineering paths and work with Software Services to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Ideal candidates have completed a code camp or similar training, GCSE English and Maths, and a strong interest in a technical career. The role offers hybrid working and a supportive environment to grow.

Qualifications

• Completion of, or active participation in, a code camp / bootcamp / technical training programme, or equivalent self-directed learning
• GCSE English and Maths

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line system support for CBS systems and tickets in a clear, professional manner.
• Assess, categorise and prioritise requests, escalate when needed to technical teams.
• Document root cause analyses and known issues for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with QA, Software Engineering, Database and BI/Data teams to resolve issues.
