Job summary

Leonardo invites graduates to join an 18-month Graduate Programme based in Edinburgh or Newcastle. You will design, test, and integrate electronic circuits, work across RF, microwave and FPGA disciplines, and interact with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver sensor systems.

Starting salary is £34,000 with a £1,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 exit bonus upon completion. A potential Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply, with three to four on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s or higher in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related discipline.
• Interest in RF, Microwave, FPGA or high-speed digital circuits.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hardware development lifecycle through design, implementation, integration and test.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software and Mechanical teams.
• Work on real production hardware in projects delivering sensor systems.
