gtd healthcare is seeking a Corporate Governance Administrator to join the Corporate Affairs Team in Denton, Manchester. This full-time, permanent role focuses on governance administration, board and committee meetings, and maintaining policies and corporate information across platforms.

The postholder will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure compliance with corporate standards, manage governance records, and support executives with meeting logistics and briefing materials.

Qualifikationen

• Organised and detail-oriented administrator capabilities.

• Co-ordinates Board, committee and governance meetings, including schedules, records and follow-up actions.
• Prepares, distributes and collates meeting papers and agendas within deadlines.
• Manages governance records and external databases; maintains membership information and stakeholder databases.
• Supports Executive Directors with meeting logistics and briefing materials.
• Updates and maintains organisation's Document Portal with policies and guidance.
