April Quest Ltd. is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Administrator to support Project Managers and the Programme Manager with procurement, materials, freight, customs and delivery activities.

The role involves coordinating external fabricators and suppliers and moving components through the global network, ensuring on-time progress. You will also assist with procurement actions, chase suppliers for quotations, and provide administrative support across procurement, logistics, inventory and

Qualifications

• Good practical knowledge of freight and customs clearance and international movement.
• Experience chasing purchased components and coordinating with suppliers.
• Experience managing free-issue inventory and kitting components.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and trackers.
• Excellent organizational skills across procurement, inventory, freight and project activity.
• Proactive and adaptable in a broad role with changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide procurement, materials, freight and delivery activity support for Projects and Programme Manager.
• Coordinate with external fabricators and suppliers, and with Project Managers.
• Move components to the global network and ensure on-time progression of bought-in parts.
• Assist with supplier quotations for bids and proposals and support the Bid Team.
