Primark Stores Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll for Belgium and other international markets. You will coordinate inputs with local stakeholders and providers, ensuring timely, audit-ready payroll data and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of payroll experience, professional accreditation (CIPP or equivalent), and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, with Belgium exposure preferred.
• Experience ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned international markets (Belgium).
• Coordinate payroll inputs with local stakeholders and providers, monitor deadlines and risks.
• Perform payroll validations, audits, year-end activities and support audits.
