Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment seeks a Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator (International) based in London to translate The Learning Collective’s strategy into practical learning experiences across Europe, Africa, Australia & New Zealand, and Asia & Middle East. You will lead in-person and virtual programs, build a scalable Train-the-Trainer network, and ensure global alignment with local resonance.

Qualifications

• Proven senior learning leader with experience designing and facilitating learning experiences (live and virtual) that deliver measurable behaviour change.
• Strong people leadership with experience coaching and developing teams across geographies, cultures and time zones.
• Comfortable working in matrixed organizations with dual reporting lines and high stakeholder complexity.
• Culturally fluent and agile; able to tailor content across regions and business contexts.
• Coaching capability preferred; ICF accreditation a plus.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, learning analytics and modern learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in setting the global learning strategy and drive delivery across international markets.
• Establish strategic partnerships to translate TLC strategy into regional learning agendas.
• Lead needs analyses and convert insights into scalable learning solutions that improve performance.
• Design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences (live and virtual) across cultures and seniority levels.
• Own Train-the-Trainer for International: recruitment, enablement, standards, and community rhythm.
• Lead through a matrix, coaching local learning roles and cross-regional contributors.
• Ensure governance, quality, and coherence; collaborate with content, design and external partners.
• Embed measurement and share executive-ready insights; continuously improve experiences.
