Job summary

AIXTRON Ltd (UK) is seeking a field service engineer to lead global MOCVD installations and provide on-site and remote support. You will inspect, service and upgrade MOCVD systems, train regional engineers, and collaborate with engineering to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering.
At least 3 years' experience with automated systems and electro-mechanical components.
Fluent English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
Ability to work independently on site with customers and learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead global MOCVD installations at customer sites with thorough planning and reporting.
Inspect, service, troubleshoot and upgrade installed MOCVD equipment.
Provide remote technical support and expert guidance to customers and engineers.
Contribute to regional training programs and develop technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and production to drive product improvements and validation.
Support testing and final validation at AIXTRON facilities and ensure safety compliance.
