Job summary

Fragomen seeks an Immigration Consultant to join the Germany Inbound Office in Sheffield (UK). You will manage immigration cases end-to-end, act as the main contact for assignees and stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant case progression in line with client protocols.

The role requires German and English language skills, excellent client service, and meticulous case management within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing a caseload in a similarly regulated environment.
Strong client service experience with stakeholder management.
German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Attention to detail and compliance-focused work ethic.

Responsibilities

Manage immigration cases from initiation through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for assignees and business stakeholders, providing updates and guidance.
Collect, review and prepare immigration documentation and coordinate submissions.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with client protocols and legal guidance.
Monitor progress, identify issues and escalate complex matters as appropriate.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless client experience.
Build strong client relationships through high-quality service delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery.
