Job summary

Fragomen is recruiting an Immigration Consultant to provide immigration services to clients across European jurisdictions. The role involves case management, client liaison, and collaboration with senior staff for guidance.

Office locations include London or Sheffield, UK, with a hybrid work arrangement The successful candidate will manage high volumes with strong customer service skills, experience in handling cases, and the ability to work under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in assigned countries for a portfolio of clients.
• Liaise with third party vendors (TPV) and clients to keep cases on track.
• Draft emails to clients and stakeholders with oversight by seniors.
• Update stakeholders on milestones and developments in immigration processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for additional services (consular, documents, etc.).
• Answer client queries and host consultation calls when applicable.
• Document review and ad hoc project work to streamline processes.
• Handle billing and general administrative tasks.
