Job summary

Fragomen LLP in London or Sheffield seeks an Immigration Consultant to manage client cases across assigned jurisdictions under moderate supervision. You will liaise with TPV vendors and clients, draft client communications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely progress.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and customer service skills, with experience handling high-volume, fast-paced immigration caseloads.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in case management, account management or project handling.
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own time and caseload.
• Previous experience of managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous customer facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in assigned countries for a portfolio of clients under moderate supervision.
• Liaise with TPV and clients to keep cases on track.
• Draft emails to clients/stakeholders, reviewed by Senior Consultant/Manager.
• Keep key clients informed about developments in local immigration law/processes.
• Coordinate additional services with internal teams (consular, documents, etc.).
• Escalate matters to line managers as needed; senior staff handle complex escalations.
• Answer client queries and host consultation calls when applicable.
• Document review and ad hoc project work to streamline processes.
• Provide general administrative support including billing, case records, and tracking expiries.
