Job summary

Maggs Day Centre is seeking a proactive Fundraising & Supporter Relations Officer to lead community, corporate and supporter fundraising across Worcestershire. You will manage the fundraising CRM, track donor journeys and identify opportunities for income growth.

The role covers community and corporate fundraising, individual giving, campaigns and reporting, with travel across the county and flexible/home working in line with organisational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in community fundraising and corporate fundraising
• Experience with challenge events and individual giving
• Ability to steward supporters and manage donor journeys

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate community fundraising across Worcestershire
• Build relationships with schools, churches and community groups
• Identify new community fundraising opportunities and support fundraising
• Develop relationships with prospective corporate supporters
• Maintain corporate fundraising and prospect pipeline
• Lead routine corporate fundraising relationships and workplace fundraising
• Coordinate challenge-event fundraising from sign-up to completion
• Develop individual and regular giving activity
• Support fundraising appeals and donor retention
• Deliver high-quality supporter stewardship and meaningful communications
• Take day-to-day ownership of the fundraising CRM and donor database
• Maintain records of donations, relationships, preferences and consent
• Produce routine reports on fundraising activity and trends
• Represent Maggs at events and meetings
