Framework Housing Association is seeking a Digital Communications & Fundraising Officer to drive email marketing, social media, and multi-channel fundraising from Nottingham. You will use data insights to broaden supporter audiences and enhance donor experience, while telling beneficiaries' stories with sensitivity.

Working in a hybrid setup with occasional evenings/weekends, you will align campaigns with the charity’s mission across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Sheffield and

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in digital marketing or communications with a track record of growing social media audiences.
• Excellent writing skills with persuasive copy and attention to detail.
• Experience building email campaigns in platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Experience using supporter data and segmentation to target campaigns and report results.
• Experience shooting and editing video; designing in Canva or Adobe CC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Degree or equivalent qualification; commitment to charity mission and equality/diversity.

Responsabilités

• Build, segment and deliver supporter email marketing.
• Develop multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns, including Engaging Networks pages.
• Grow digital networks and audiences to increase subscribers and donations.
• Manage social media and create content, including Canva assets and video.
• Develop supporter journeys that convert new supporters into loyal donors.
• Tell service users' stories with a trauma-informed approach.
• Report on campaign results, budgets and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Fundraising Code and GDPR.
