Donard Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Functional Specialist in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. The role combines hybrid working with full-time hours, focusing on comprehensive assessments for the Government’s disability allowance (PIP).

You will work with nurses, therapists or paramedics to deliver unbiased, person-centred evaluations. You will handle end-to-end caseloads, conduct face-to-face, video and telephone assessments, and produce detailed reports.

Formación

• Experience in clinical risk assessment and report writing.
• Strong communication and IT literacy required.
• 1+ years post-qualification experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseloads end-to-end with face-to-face, virtual and telephone assessments.
• Prepare paper-based reports (PBR) and review cases for quality and accuracy.
• Assess broad range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants.
