Job summary

Alto Software Group is seeking a Maternity Leave Cover for 12 months to join our London team in a hybrid role with two days per week at our HQ. You’ll work on a dual-stack C#/.NET and TypeScript frontend, building scalable APIs and modern microfrontends for the estate industry.

You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborate with product and customers, and apply AI/code tooling to accelerate delivery. Familiarity with AWS services and React is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in TypeScript and C# with production APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with asynchronous, event-driven architecture and AWS managed services including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and evaluating their usefulness.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems across dual-stack C# and TypeScript backend, choosing the right tool for the job.
• Implement microfrontend web apps in React and TypeScript with attention to component design and UX implications.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production and delivery.
