Job summary

Searchability is hiring Full Stack Software Engineers at multiple levels to join a fast-growing software business embracing AI across its ERP/SaaS products. This back-end-leaning role focuses on C#/.NET with modern JavaScript, building features used by real customers.

You'll work in a hybrid Nottingham setup (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and apply AI tooling in a live product environment. All levels offer scope for progression as you ship robust software in established systems.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial C#/.NET back-end development.
• Full stack capability with modern JavaScript on the front end.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a product-focused environment (essential).
• A track record of shipping working software into real products.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features end-to-end across the stack, back-end leading in C#/.NET.
• Develop clean, modern front ends using contemporary JavaScript.
• Work across SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate and work alongside AI capability within established product codebases.
• Write production-grade software - error handling, logging, monitoring and sensible fallbacks.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand the business problem, not just the technical task.
